Sambal-ada

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle light Mexican beer
  • 2 Tbsp Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For glass rim:

  • Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
  • salt
  • lime wedge

Directions:

  1. Pour sambal chili onto a flat plate. Press the rim of the glass onto the sambal, making sure to coat the entire rim.
  2. Pour salt onto a separate plate. Repeat above step, making sure that the sambal is coated entirely with salt.
  3. Turn glass upright. Mix together the lime juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and the 2 tablespoons of sambal.
  4. Slowly pour in the beer and stir.
