Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sambal, honey, lemon, & garlic.
- Slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture while whisking well.
- Refrigerate and store vinaigrette for up to 14 days.
For a simple salad:
- Combine baby spinach salad mix, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, & feta cheese crumbles.
- Top with Honey Sambal Vinaigrette and enjoy!
