Ingredients:
- 10 oz. Egg Noodles
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- freshly cracked Black Pepper
- fresh or frozen Veggies
Directions:
- Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm, about 5 minutes. Drain and transfer noodles to a bowl.
- Stir sambal, butter, peanut oil, rice vinegar, basil, paprika, black pepper, and veggies together in the same pot over medium heat until sauce is smooth and heated through. Add noodles to sauce and toss to coat. Cool before serving.
