Ingredients:
- 2lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
For the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce (add more if you like your food spicy!)
- 3 Tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF .
- In a large bowl, mix together turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic powder and salt/pepper until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1½-inch balls and place spaced apart on prepared baking sheets lightly oiled.
- Bake meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, mixing often.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes (the sauce will start to thicken).
- Toss with the meatballs with the sauce to coat evenly.
- Serve over rice and top with green onions (optional).
