Ingredients:
- 1 bottle light Mexican beer
- 2 Tbsp Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For glass rim:
- Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
- salt
- lime wedge
Directions:
- Pour sambal chili onto a flat plate. Press the rim of the glass onto the sambal, making sure to coat the entire rim.
- Pour salt onto a separate plate. Repeat above step, making sure that the sambal is coated entirely with salt.
- Turn glass upright. Mix together the lime juice, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and the 2 tablespoons of sambal.
- Slowly pour in the beer and stir.
